The Rampart Buffet at Rampart Casino Introduces New York Deli Night

LAS VEGAS – June 17, 2010 – The Rampart Casino is bringing the big city to Summerlin with the addition of the New York Deli Buffet on Thursday nights starting July 1. The New York Deli Buffet will replace the existing Thursday night Seafood Buffet and will be available from 4 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. for $18.99.

Guests of the New York Deli Buffet will be treated to an amazing variety of deli menu options including a bread display of rye, white, wheat, pumpernickel, sourdough, Kaiser rolls, bagels and other fresh breads to be heaped with sliced salami, bologna, liverwurst and assorted sliced cheeses. A carving station will offer roasted chicken, turkey breast, sugar-glazed ham, pastrami and corned beef with steam table selections including knockwurst, all-beef frankfurter and short ribs. Knishes, latkes, noodle pudding (kugel) and sauerkraut will abound with other deli staples such as baked beans and mashed potatoes.

The full salad bar of the New York Deli Buffet will feature a wide selection of starter items, among them shrimp salad, smoked salmon cream cheese, whitefish salad, gefilte fish, potato salad, macaroni salad, chopped chicken liver, sliced and whole fruits. Additionally, the buffet will feature an Italian station, a Chinese station and a dessert station with rice pudding, blintzes and a gelato bar. Topping it off in style, guests will enjoy a gourmet coffee bar, New York egg creams and Dr. Brown’s soda.

The Rampart Buffet is open every day of the week with pricing as follows: $9.99 lunch and $13.99 dinner on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays; $9.99 lunch and $18.99 Seafood Buffet on Thursdays (the current Seafood Buffet will be replaced by the New York Deli Buffet on Thursday nights starting July 1); $9.99 lunch and $15.99 t-bone and rib eye dinner night on Saturdays; champagne brunch for $14.99 on Sundays and Sunday dinner for $13.99. Children 3 and under eat free and children 4-7 eat for half price.
