Little went on to appear alongside such notable personalities as Ed Sullivan, Jackie Gleason and Glen Campbell on TV variety shows. He had his own TV variety show in the 1970s and was an early guest host on “The Tonight Show,” making 12 appearances in all. During the span of his career, Little has released nine comedy albums and starred in three HBO comedy specials. His canon of TV appearances would not be complete without guest spots on “Fantasy Island,” “CHiPs,” “Hawaii Five-O,” “MacGyver” and his regular seat on “Hollywood Squares.” In addition to the comedic aspect of his talent, Rich Little has dubbed the voices of famed actors such as Peter Sellers and Gene Kelly when the actors were unable to perform.
